GRIT Scouts T&Cs

  • SG$10 in instant cash will be paid out for talent who are new to the GRIT Talent Platform and who are approved to the GRIT Talent Platform by an authorised member of the GRIT team
  • GRIT reserves the right to stop the SGD10 referral incentive at its sole discretion
  • A bounty is a monetary award for referrals to a specific role
  • Job bounties are specific to the job they are advertised on. They will be paid to the Scout if the referral accepts and starts in the advertised position. If the referred talent accepts an alternative position through the GRIT Talent Platform they may not be entitled to the advertised bounty they were referred for.
  • Any Scout that refers talent to the platform that secures a position through the platform in 2021 (that is not the role they were referred for) will be entitled to a bounty of SGD1000.
  • Bounty payments are paid after the successful referred talent starts in the position, has passed their probation period and where GRIT has received payment from the client.
